Hot Tub Placement & Spa Installation

So do you put the tub indoors or outdoors?

In spite of the fact that spas are designed for a year-round use outdoors, indoor installations are still popular. However, if your garden (+ distance from neighbours) allows you, do not hesitate to place the hot tub outdoors as there's nothing like a soaking experience in each of the seasons of the year.

The most important thing is to place the spa so that the view from the tub is nice. The spa should also be placed in an easily accessible part of the house or garden to provide comfort throughout the year.

The decision about where to place the it also depends on how often and for what specific purposes you plan to use it. Sportsmen, for example, will use the spa above all to recover strength and to relax strained muscles after training; in this case, the ideal place is then the home or private fitness or relaxation centre where it can be combined with a sauna etc.  In general, it seems ideal to separate the spa from anything, which is connected to stress, and create a separate pleasant environment, ideally with a nice view of the green vegetation in a quiet part of the house or garden.

Outdoors is a natural spa environment and it is just perfect to set the tub on decking or a patio. In the case of a Swim spa, it is possible to make the most out of the in-cabinet installation when the garden ground is uneven you can partially set the Swim spa into a slope. There is an enormous number of installation possibilities.

Thanks to the cover, unlike the classic pools, you can have the spa surrounded with trees and other vegetation, because the cover protects the water from the leaves, needles or pollen. This way you can place the hottub in an undisturbed part of the garden and preserve the natural look of the garden.

You will appreciate the outdoor location especially in this country's climatic conditions. The varied seasons of the year ensure diverse experiences. However, if you still want to be better protected against possible ups and downs of the weather or your neighbours' eyes, a roofed terrace, gazebo or pergola might be the right solution for you.
